BodhiShree
Helping a coaching and organisation development practice bring its experience online, with a refined identity and the confidence to manage it.
The project
BodhiShree had a clear purpose: to bring a lifetime of experience to coaching, leadership learning and organisation development. I helped give that work a home online, refining the existing identity and creating a publishing system the practice can manage itself. The partnership covered discovery, design, technical guidance and months of collaboration to bring a long-held ambition to life.
Founded by Apurva Sharma, BodhiShree brings over four decades of experience to executive and life coaching, leadership learning and organisation development.

A lifetime of experience. A place to share it.
BodhiShree began with substantial experience and a clear belief in helping people grow from the inside out. The ambition was to give that work a lasting home online. It needed to explain the practice clearly, make room for its thinking and feel straightforward to look after as the work developed.

An early draft gave us something to work with.
Our first conversations gave me enough to build a working version. Seeing the idea take shape made it easier to discuss the content, structure and feel. Over the following months, calls, emails and review sessions helped us refine the details together, with the client's feedback guiding how the site and its editing tools evolved.
Make the work easy to understand.
The site brings coaching, leadership learning and organisation development into a clear structure. Visitors can explore the approach, understand the support available and read reflections that express the practice's perspective. The writing and imagery give space to the human side of the work, with a straightforward route to start a conversation.

The confidence to keep publishing.
The CMS gives the client control of reflections, page content and images. It also makes room for resources, audio and video as the practice develops. Feedback shaped practical improvements, including visual framing controls to keep the right part of a photograph in view. The client is now publishing independently and making the site their own.
Guidance through the unfamiliar parts.
I helped with the domain, business email, hosting and the steps around Google Search Console. Page metadata and a sitemap provided the search foundations. I chose Neon and Vercel with ongoing costs in mind, and continued to help the client work through questions about running the site and sharing new material.
Build on what was already there.
The existing tree symbol gave us a starting point. I refined the wordmark, balanced its proportions against the symbol and introduced clearer typography. A deeper green, warm off-white and earthy brown bring warmth and consistency to the visual identity. The same approach carries through to everyday materials and email, so the practice feels familiar wherever it appears.
Carry that care into the conversation.
Website enquiries can be read and answered within the same portal. Confirmations and replies use the refined identity and approved signature, keeping the experience consistent when someone takes the next step.
Live, and in the client's hands.
BodhiShree now has a place to explain its work, share its thinking and welcome enquiries. The client can keep it current, supported by the tools and guidance developed together. A long-held ambition has become something useful: a presence the practice can shape and take forward.
